The back of the page should have a show record of all placings, and the NAN cards should be filled out and placed in the plastic sleeve.

For my 'show spreads,' I prefer to use google sheets. Organization at shows is crucial. I make sure to include on each page the particular division, ring number, class number, and class name. For each class, I will list the names of the horses entered.
I print two copies of the google sheets before I leave to travel to a show (better to be prepared in case one gets lost/damaged)
Results Sheet Sample
For each class that I enter, I make sure that I have listed the class name, my horses in that class, and leave a blank section to fill in the horse's placing and any additional notes or comments. As the show day progresses, I write a check mark next to each class so I don't miss anything! Its always a great idea to print an extra copy of this before you leave your house!
